An Indonesian building materials company established a high-efficiency and stable river pebble crushing production line to meet the rapidly developing infrastructure needs of the region. This project employs a multi-stage crushing process to produce sand and gravel products with various particle size requirements, thereby improving production efficiency and product quality.

Model: 100t/h Fixed Crushing Production Line
Capacity: 80-100 tons/hour
Raw Material: River pebbles
Maximum Feed Size: 500mm
Output Size: 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm, 20-30mm
Location: Indonesia

Stage Crushing: PE600x900 jaw crusher, 75kW motor;
Stage Crushing: Two PEX250x1200 jaw crushers, 37kW each * 2;
Stage Crushing: One PEX250x1200 jaw crusher, return material directly enters the stage three crushing.

After commissioning, the equipment operated efficiently according to the designed layout. After initial crushing, the coarse crushed river pebbles enter the second stage of crushing. Following further fine crushing, some of the returned material flows into the third stage of crushing, ensuring a reasonable particle size distribution to meet diverse customer needs.

High Capacity: Stable capacity of 80-100 tons/hour, meeting the production needs of construction sites.
Diverse Particle Sizes: Output particle size covers 0-30mm, adapting to different projects and market demands.
Multi-Stage Crushing Process: Achieves effective control over multiple crushing stages (coarse, medium, and fine), improving overall output quality.
Stability and Reliability: The entire equipment set exhibits high stability, is easy to maintain, and ensures continuous production.
The customer is very satisfied with the overall performance of the production line, especially its crushing efficiency and particle size control. This production line significantly improves capacity and product quality, providing strong support for local infrastructure projects.
