1. Project Background

A supplier for a highway project in Malaysia needed to upgrade its river pebble crushing capacity to meet growing market demand. Considering the complex terrain of the plant, the client chose a flexible and efficient mobile crushing production line for rapid on-site deployment and efficient operation.

3. Project Implementation

At the project initiation, the engineering team conducted a detailed site survey and selected the S-CS1200-2 mobile crushing line. The main unit uses a CS1200 compound cone crusher (1200mm moving cone diameter), and the matching vibrating screen uses a 2YZK1860 vibrating motor. With its excellent flexibility and efficient crushing capacity, it was quickly deployed in the river pebble stockpile. After commissioning, the equipment operated stably, meeting the client's needs for large-volume output of different particle sizes.
